Shipping FAQs

Q: How long does delivery take?

Most of our products are sent from outside the U.S. Depending on your location and your shipping time choice, you should receive your product within 28 - 35 days.

In general there are 3 Shipping options from which you can choose. The price of the item depends on the delivery time. The longer you can wait for your item to arrive the cheaper it gets.

Option 1 (cheap): 10-15 days

Option 2 (cheaper): 15-40 days

Option 3 (FREE): Free - 28-35 days 

Please note. If you ordered a CUSTOM item like a shirt or hoodie please allow 7-10 days before the tracking is emailed to you or available in our system.

Mugs/Stickers/T-shirts average 7-10 days.

If for any reason the items do not arrive within chosen shipping time, please contact us at myquickhelp@yahoo.com for an immediate solution. We give a 100% guarantee for a replacement / refund, no questions asked. 

BUT>>> Please wait until the product is late before getting with us. Because of high demand, a lot of our products are toward the end of these time periods.


Q: Are multiple items shipped together or separately?

If you have ordered more than one item, they might arrive separately, as we ship from several warehouses.


Q: How do I check the status of my order?

After the time listed above, email us and we will track it down for you.


Q: Do you deliver products internationally?

The Puppy Training Fast Track Store ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.

Q: I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at the same time. All ordered items will get to you!

Q: I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us at


asap, and we may be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case.
